12.1 The nuntar Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. nuntar does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of both the registration process and the mandatory KYC verification prior to withdrawal processing.
12.2 If nuntar discovers or has reason to believe that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be reviewed in accordance with PAGCOR reporting obligations, and the account will be permanently closed. Any funds held will be subject to forfeiture proceedings in line with applicable PAGCOR directives.
