You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located within the Philippines to use nuntar. PAGCOR regulations strictly prohibit gambling services to minors. nuntar enforces this requirement at registration and at KYC verification stage.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with nuntar. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. Account sharing is equally prohibited.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional awards at nuntar are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. Players must read individual bonus terms before accepting. Bonus abuse leads to forfeiture.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.
4.3 KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Players are required to submit the following:

5.3 You must notify nuntar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. nuntar shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
5.4 nuntar implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time login anomaly detection, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect Account integrity. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings.
6.1 nuntar accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at nuntar's discretion.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits may be imposed at account level based on KYC status and risk profile.
6.3 nuntar does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction charges independent of nuntar. nuntar is not responsible for any such third-party fees.
6.4 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.5 nuntar reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where transactions trigger PAGCOR anti-money-laundering reporting thresholds or nuntar's internal risk controls.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the name of the verified Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Account VIP tier as specified in the nuntar VIP Programme terms.
7.3 nuntar targets processing of standard verified-account withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Actual crediting times may vary based on the processing schedules of the receiving payment provider. nuntar does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment networks.
7.4 nuntar reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests. During any such review, the relevant funds may be placed on temporary hold. Players will be notified of any hold and of the documentation required to resolve it.

8.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all nuntar promotions unless stated otherwise:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules displayed in the Platform, the game-specific rules shall govern with respect to gameplay, payouts, and in-game decisions.
9.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing agencies to ensure genuine randomness and published RTP (Return to Player) percentages. Live dealer games are hosted by licensed studio operators subject to their own regulatory certifications.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including loss of connection, software error, or system failure — nuntar shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed rounds by reference to server-side game logs. nuntar's decision with respect to the outcome of any disputed round, made in good faith and based on available technical evidence, shall be final.

Any Player found engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all funds subject to review and potential forfeiture, and the matter reported to PAGCOR and, where relevant, law enforcement authorities:

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, republishing, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nuntar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 nuntar's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 nuntar does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. nuntar will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit nuntar's liability for death or personal injury caused by nuntar's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 In the event of any dispute between a Player and nuntar relating to the Platform or Services, the Player must first raise the matter with nuntar Customer Support via the 24/7 live chat or by written notice to the support email address on record. nuntar will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
14.2 If the Player is not satisfied with nuntar's response, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's published player complaint and dispute resolution process.
14.3 Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the game session in question. nuntar will not investigate game outcome disputes raised beyond this period, as server-side log retention policies may limit the availability of technical evidence.
14.4 Both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
15.1 nuntar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Players will be notified of material amendments via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.
15.2 Where an amendment to these Terms is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or Philippine law, such amendment takes effect from the date specified by the relevant authority regardless of notice period. nuntar will inform Players of such changes as promptly as practicable.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and all applicable PAGCOR implementing rules and regulations.
16.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
